The Details of 2013 Renault Espace Facelift

The French carmaker, Renault, released information about the 2013 Renault Espace. It is reported that this car comes with some additional changes. Look at the fresher and better designed features of this car. It comes with a new front fascia with a revised grille and a larger Renault logo. Next, there is a new broad black grille bar with chrome trim. Not forget, the new version of Espace also has a newly styled bumper. 2013 Renault Espace introduces the new alloy wheel designs too. Definitely, 2013 Renault Espace does not want to lose its place in the highly competitive MPV market.



2013 Renault Espace is equipped with two different engines. The first option is 2.0 liter dCi which produces 130 PS or 96 kW / 128 horsepower. Next, it is able to produce 150 PS or 110 kW / 148 horsepower and 175 PS or 129 kW / 173 horsepower. When connected to a manual transmission, the engine averages 5.7 l/100 km which is equal 41.3 mpg US or 49.6 mpg UK with CO2 emissions of 150 g per kilometer. In the other hands, with the automatic gearbox, the figures drop to 6.4 L per 100 kilometer which is equal with 36.8 mpg US or 44.1 mpg UK and 169 g per kilometer. The turbocharged 2.0 liter petrol engine averages 8.5 L per 100 kilometer with 198 g per kilometer CO2 emissions.

There are some updates found in 2013 Renault Espace. Inside, the luxury Initiale Paris version comes with visible stitching for the dashboard and new leather and Alcatara upholstery for the rest of the cabin. Renault provides a Carminat TomTom Live navigation system. Moreover, there is a hands-free card and comprehensive connectivity such as Bluetooth audio streaming, AUX and USB sockets. For the options list, buyers can find a DVD player complete with two seven inch screens built into the back of the front head rests and a new reverse camera.
